Look at this bounty ! Fresh homemade ricotta , made just before we needed it. Fresh basil picked from our garden. Fresh picked cherry tomatoes from the neighbours garden (Thanks June !) and some grated parmesan cheese.
What did I do with it all? Mixed it through some nice hot spaghetti. A delicious, simple dinner.
